Capital Monument Works ("we", "us") is a family-owned monument studio located at 865 Hill Croft Farm Road, Chico, California 95926. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through capitaloffshoremonument.com (the "Site") and our studio operations.

Commission details — the information you share so we can design a monument.

To design, produce, and deliver commissioned work.

Commission files are retained for seven years to honor our lifetime warranty and satisfy California recordkeeping requirements. Inquiries that do not lead to a commission are deleted after 24 months.

5. Your rights

6. Security
