We work almost exclusively in North American granite. It weathers Butte County's summers, holds a polish through decades of freeze-thaw, and gives lettering the crispness it needs to remain readable a hundred years from now.
For families who prefer the softer palette of marble, we source Colorado Yule and Vermont Danby — both closed-grain and appropriate for our climate.
